Hi, my name is Wei. My dad opened New China II in 2011 and we've been keeping the restaurant running as a family for 9 years now. My parents grew up in Fujian, China and immigrated to America in the 1990s. They've been working in the Chinese restaurant industry ever since.

Food has always been something we bonded over, whether it be folding dumplings together or chatting over the dinner table. I hope our food will bring the same joy to you and your family.
